Cereal

This weekend, we decided that Max was ready for cereal. I am not so sure he is convinced about it. When he is hungry, HE IS HUNGRY...just like his mommy! He seems to get a little impatient with the spoon feeding process, but I am sure he will get used to it. He kept grabbing the spoon from me and tried to feed himself. I think we have a smart one on our hands! Here are a couple of pictures from the first attempt at solids.

Naptime

So those of you that know me know that I cherish my sleep. Well, hours of sleep have been few and far between since Max arrived. I have had to train myself to either function on less hours of sleep or sleep when he sleeps. Here are some pictures of Mommy and Max catching some zzz's. See if you can tell which one was taken when he was 4 weeks vs. 4 months.

Daddy and Max bond

One of Phil's favorite things to do is sit on the porch with Max. He really wants Max to enjoy the outdoors as much as he does. Most days when I come home from work, the back door is open, daddy is cooking on the grill, and Max is watching the geese. Here are some cute pictures of them bonding on the porch.

Aunt Shawnda visits

Aunt Shawnda came to visit a couple of weekends ago. She met Max for the first time and fell in love with him. Not to be biased, but I don't know how you can't fall in love with this guy. He is just so happy and easygoing about everything. The first time Shawnda held him, he kept nose diving towards her boob. It was so funny because everytime she repositioned him, he just kept finding his way back to her chest. Daddy was proud of his boy!

Grandma love

Grandma Abbosh loves to come over and spend time with Max. A couple of weekends ago they spent some time outside looking at nature. They sat under a tree for a lot of the day and Grandma taught Max some baby songs. Here are some candid shots that Phil took of the two of them.
