Hats

Max has been loving hats lately. He doesn't like to wear them very long, but he will pick them up off the floor and bring them to me. If I put the hat on my head, he will point to it until I take it off and put it on his head. Then he will walk around the house for about 5 minutes wearing the hat. In these pictures, he is actually wearing my hat. It almost fits his huge noggin. I can almost officially say, "HEEEED, paper, now."

Busy body

Max loves to stand up in this window and look outside. He gets the same view by standing on the floor and looking out the window from our door, but he just prefers to be up higher, I guess. He will point and whine until you put him up there to view the scenery.

Well, Max officially learned how to climb. He moved up to the toddler room at daycare, and I think he is starting to pick up some habits from the kids there. Here he attempts to climb on top of his legos container.

SUCCESS!!!!

Retro outfit

This little outfit used to be Phil's when he could fit into it. Phil's mom saved it this whole time for his first born son. It fits Max perfectly! You can kind of tell that it was made in the 70's because it has bell bottoms. Max is bringing back retro!

Naked boy

Max loves to be naked. Whenever I try to dress him after his bath, he makes a run for it...out the bedroom door and to the living room. He makes me chase him while laughing hysterically. He gets really mad when we have to actually put clothes on him. So, I had to snap these pictures just to prove how much he loves his birthday suit.

What a pose! He was really getting into modeling for mommy, I guess!

Short day at the park

It has been super cold here the last couple of weeks, but last week, there were some days that were in the 50's. I was watching the news, and they kept saying, "If you want to get outside with your kids anytime soon, this is the day. It is going to be getting much colder by tomorrow, so take them out today." Hearing that, I thought..."hmmmm....I am not doing anything today. Why don't I take Max to the park." So, we picked up my friend Chass and went to a park. When we got out of the car, it was really cold and windy and almost starting to rain. We only stayed about 15 minutes, but Max was really sad to leave. I can't wait until it gets nice again so he can play there for a longer time.

How funny is this. He was pressing his face on this bubble, so I just had to get a picture of that little pig nose.

After the park, we went back to Chass' house. She has this rubber chicken that makes an awful screaming noise when you squeeze it. It has been around since college and has been Chass's friend for a while. You can see that Max and the chicken have now been introduced. I think he took pretty well to Mr. Chicken.

Fun times

Our digital camera broke, and we just bought a new one, so now I can get back to the updates! These are just some pictures we took to test out our new camera.

I thought this picture was pretty cool. Daddy gets pretty daring with throwing Max this high. Mommy just tries to turn her head, but I wanted to catch it on film first.

I just loved this picture. He is such a happy dude!

Well, most of the time he is happy. Here he shows his angry side. That is such a daddy face!
