Water

We got home from the park and I guess Max felt like he needed a bath. He got a hold of my water bottle and shook it up and down. Water went everywhere and he thought it was super funny. When I tried to close the bottle, he would just open it back up and shake it again. He got soaked!

Playground

We found a playground in the apartment complex next to ours. It is walking distance, and it has been my saving grace on these beautiful days! Max loves going there. Here are some pictures of his favorite things to do at the playground. Not included are the slide and the steering wheel that spins.

Max loves to walk back and forth across this bridge. It is one of those bridges that you can jump on and it moves. He loves to see how unsteady he can get by jumping on it. It doesn't take much!

This is usually where we end up at the playground...the rock pit. He loves playing in the rocks and getting really dirty. He is such a boy!

Mommy and Daddy like the playground too. While Grandma was playing with Max, Mommy and Daddy had a swing jumping contest. Here are some of those pictures.

Finally, an update!

I know, I know...I have not been good about updating this. Several of you have made that known to me. We just haven't been very good about taking pictures this month. Here are a couple that we have taken.

Max loves being in the bathroom. We are lucky to have any privacy in there. You can see in this picture how he will stick his little hand under the door to play while you are in there. It is pretty cute!

We got Max a little rocking chair that is his size (which actually used to be mine as a kid). Well, he is so big and insists on standing in it, so he ended up breaking it. Now he has to sit in Daddy's rocking chair. He has learned to climb up in it and rock back and forth.

Max will shove food into his mouth until he cannot even chew. He does this mostly with bananas. He is such a little monkey!
