Rockstar!

Max thinks he is the next P Diddy with his sunglasses and blackberry. I am about 7 months pregnant here.

Gus

Gus is Phil's sister's dog. Gus and Max get along great! Gus was so attached to Max that he wanted to get in the car and go back to St. Louis with us. As tired as Max is in this picture, he would have taken Gus in a heart beat!

Pool fun with Daddy

Max could live at the pool if we let him. It is really hard for me to manage him there by myself, so we can only go when Phil or someone else is there to help me.

Lounging around...

I think the water might be a little cold for Max. His face tells all!

One, Two...

Three...JUMP!

Play doh

Max got introduced to play doh and loves it. It is a really nice rainy day activity, but now it's also the first thing he wants to play with in the morning.

Park

I'm not exactly sure why he had to pose like this to try to get a drink of water. I'm just glad I got photo evidence of it.

What a silly dude

This guy LOVES mac and cheese!

And donuts!!!

But please don't bother him for a photo op in the morning. He is really just not interested! He got that attitude from his mom!

More from the zoo

We went to the zoo a couple of months ago and there was this cobra statue. As you can see, Max was just slightly skeptical about it.

However, after a few minutes, he wanted to be friends with it and didn't want to leave it.

Hugs!!

Kisses!!!

"No mommy...I don't want to go".

Dishes

I hope I can keep this love alive. Max loves doing dishes! He calls it "wash hands", but he gets in there and rinses all the dishes for mommy. I'll have to remind him of this when he is a teenager!

Random fun times

So, I know I am terrible about updating. I have gotten hate mail from a lot of you! So, let's start here with these few updates. These are just other random pictures of fun times in the last several months.

Max loves his cousin Evelyn! She is almost 7 (can't believe she will be in first grade this August!) and he just wants to play with her all of the time. He will grab his blanket and try to sit in her lap while they watch TV. It's super cute!

Grandma Abbosh bought this baseball tee for Max. He used it appropriately at first, but now he just likes to play Bam Bam with the bat. It's great for the hard wood floors!

Uncle Fred and Max had some good bonding time. They get along pretty well!

Here we are visiting Aunt Jacey at her house. Max took her phone and sunglasses and looked like a rockstar! I am 7 months pregnant here (I think).

Easter 2009

It was pretty chilly that day. Winter coats and hats! Max still had a blast finding the eggs, though. He would find one and say, "Look, Mommy, another egg!!". The easter egg basket was handmade and used by Phil when he was Max's age. Kind of a tradition.

NERDS!!!

The exact words out of his mouth in this picture were, "WOW!!! More Nerds"

St. Patty's Day

Here are some cute pics of St. Patrick's Day.

He is so his dad! In case you can't read it, the hat says, "Got beer?"

Let's try the potty again

Max just really does not want to use the big potty. He loves to flush it, but he refuses to use it. These are just some pics of us trying to get him interested.

What a cutie!

I know it has been a while since I have posted on this blog...my bad! We just haven't taken a lot of pictures lately. So to all of you who have been badgering me to update...here you go...

These are just some cute moments caught on camera

This is one of my favorites!

Max has really been into picking out his own clothes. The problem is, he completely empties out 3 full drawers of clothes before deciding on what he wants to wear. 99% of the time, he wants to wear the very last thing in the drawer. You can see how much he enjoys making this mess.

Max was recently introduced to popsicles. I'd say they are a big hit!

Surprise!

Heather cut off her dread locks and surprised her mom for Christmas. We got the true reaction on video...these are just some after shots.

Christmas 2008

Max got to spend Christmas day with both Grandmas. How special.

He loved opening presents. He would open one and play with it for a minute or so and then move on. I think he might have opened everyone's presents...those of us that would let him open ours, anyways. Uncle Fred wanted to open his own.
