Pumpkin Patch

Max has been really interested in pumpkins these days, so last Sunday we took him to a pumpkin patch. He was in 7th heaven!

Max thought this was the funniest thing ever invented. I would stick my head through there, and he would literally buckle over with laughter. It was so freaking funny. If I tried to move from behind the scarecrow, he would push me back and say "again?".

Pumpkin city!

This is some sort of tunnel they had laid out for the kids to play in.

This was a tight squeeze for mommy. Anything for my little boy!

Bathroom fun

So Max is trying the potty now. He has yet to have any success, but I'm happy that he enjoys trying. He sits down and then likes to rest his head on my legs. I don't totally get it, but whatever makes him comfortable.

He also loves to play in the sink. Maybe we should just start bathing him in there, since it is becoming a fight to get him in the tub. You can see how much he enjoys it!

Zoo fun

We made another visit to the zoo a couple of weeks ago. I know he looks terrified in this picture, but he was in awe of the "choo choo" that was passing nearby.

How could I resist?

I saw this costume and just had to have it. I think the tail is the best part! He will be "our little stinker" for Halloween. It couldn't be more fitting. I couldn't believe how much he loved being in it, too. Maybe it was because he was watching Thomas the Train, but I choose to think it was because he loved the costume so much!

I guess he was thirsty...

Max loves to play in the sink, so I brought a chair in the bathroom for him to stand on and splash around. I stepped across the hall to our bedroom to fold some laundry, but I could easily keep my eye on him. When I looked up, this is what I found....

I guess I should give the boy a drink!

Choo Choo

I took Max to this train shop that is near our house. It was fabulous! They had several train tables set up and thousands of little trains and trucks that the kids can push around the track. This is perfect since Max is in the choo choo phase! What do you think he is saying in these pictures???

Fun with Grandma

Phil's mom and sister came to visit us a couple of weeks ago. I don't know who had more fun...Max or Grandma.
