Max was very happy, as usual, in his bath. He was playing with his toys and splashing around. He stood up, which is not out of the ordinary, but then he started pushing. I yelled for Phil and said, "I think he is going to poop." Phil told me to get him out of the tub, but it was just too late. The next thing I heard was plop, plop, plop. Of course daddy had to have a picture of that one! A couple nights later, he tried to pull the same stunt on me, but this time Phil wasn't home. The second I saw him push, I took him out of the tub and held him over the toilet. He actually pooped in the toilet like a big boy. He obviously had no idea what that was all about, but I was very proud of him. He is growing up so fast!

I feel your pain... we got to the point we were bleaching the bathtub every time Eli took a bath. Thank goodness it has been a few week since he left a surprise. It's unfortunate he does not have a clear "poop" face so we know when to get him out. I'd consider yourself lucky. Boys are a joy!
